I was born in Verona in 1961 and I graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the “Università degli Studi di Padova”. In 1995 I specialized in Orthopedy and Traumatology with honors at the “Università degli Studi di Verona” with a thesis on shoulder prosthetic.
I worked in the Orthopedy and Traumatology division at the civil hospital in Vicenza under the supervision of professor L. Nogarin. My main interest was shoulder surgery and I took part in numerous related national and international specific courses.
I am the author of various publications and speaker at numerous courses and conferences. I took part in the international study group for the design and the development of the NGR shoulder prosthetic system.
Until June 2017 I performed clinical and surgery activity focused on shoulder pathologies at the “Humanitas Gavazzeni” clinic in Bergamo, under the supervision of Dr. A. Castagna. I currently direct the functional unit of shoulder and elbow surgery at “Casa di cura San Francesco” in Bergamo.
